Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases made through tailspark.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the product and delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor and you will be charged for each delivery at the agreed interval until you cancel.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date.


2. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. To manage your subscription:

  • Log in to your account at tailspark.com and navigate to My Subscriptions.
  • Select the subscription you wish to modify or cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • You may also contact us directly at hello@tailspark.com and we will process your request promptly.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders that are already in "Processing" or "Shipped" status at the time of your cancellation request cannot be canceled or modified. You will be responsible for all charges incurred for orders processed prior to the cancellation of your subscription.

If you believe an order was processed in error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tailspark.com and we will do our best to assist you.


4. Refunds

Cancellation of a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for previous orders. For information about refunds and our satisfaction guarantee, please refer to our Refund Policy at tailspark.com/policies/refund-policy.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to tailspark.com and will be effective upon publication. Your continued use of our subscription service following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
