TAILSPARK LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Tailspark," "we," "us," or "our"), operates tailspark.com and related services (the "Services"). We do not disclose payment information, account credentials, or pet information to third parties for advertising purposes.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under applicable law. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under the age of 18.
We collect pet information — including your dog's weight, size, and age — solely to provide personalized product recommendations and dosage guidance. This information is not sold or shared with third parties.

• With Recharge Payments to manage subscription billing and recurring order processing.
• With business and marketing partners, including Meta and Google, for advertising and promotional purposes, including personalized advertising based on your activity.
• When you direct or consent to disclosure, such as when using social login integrations.
• With affiliates or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• As required by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.
5. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc., which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit through the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside.

11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You may also use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal to automatically communicate your opt-out preferences. We will process the GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device from which it is sent.
Please note that opting out of targeted advertising does not mean you will no longer receive advertisements — it means the advertisements you see may be less personalized.
12. Right to Appeal
Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your privacy rights request. To submit an appeal, please contact us at hello@tailspark.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal" and include a description of the request you made and the decision you wish to appeal. We will respond to your appeal in accordance with applicable law.
13. Financial Incentive Notice
We may offer promotional discounts or other benefits in exchange for your email address or other personal information (for example, a discount on your first order in exchange for signing up for our email list).
These promotions may be considered "financial incentives" under California law or "bona fide loyalty programs" under other applicable state laws. Participation is entirely voluntary. We use the personal information collected through these programs for the purposes described in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy, including for marketing and targeted advertising.
The value of any incentive we offer is reasonably related to the value of the personal information you provide. Please note that if you request deletion of your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide you with the associated discount or benefit.
14. SMS Communications
If you opt into our SMS Program, we will collect your mobile phone number for the purpose of sending you transactional and marketing text messages, including order updates, shipping notifications, promotions, and other service-related communications.
Your mobile phone number will be used solely for SMS communications as described above and will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with any third party.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@tailspark.com. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this website and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
